Bespoke hand made window treatments
Most of our customers choose to take advantage of Act One Interiors' free home consultation service. We will listen to your requirements and offer ideas and advice, and we will measure up and provide a quotation for the work required. At this stage most customers like to visit our showroom in Hambleden to choose from the most comprehensive range of designer fabric and wallpaper samples. To help you make your final decision, we will bring the shortlisted samples to your home to ensure they are exactly right for you.
Once your curtains and soft furnishings are ready, they will be delivered to your home (free of charge) and fitted appropriately. We think this is the only way to ensure that you are completely happy with the finished result. There is usually a charge for fitting tracks and poles, but the hanging and dressing of your curtains is all included as part of the service. If you wish to fit your own tracks we will be happy to work with you and provide advice if necessary.
We can usually supply everything you need including tracks and poles, fabrics, wallpapers, paint, various types of blinds, shutters and accessories to complete your project. We are also usually happy to make up material you have purchased previously.

Designer Fabrics
Our showroom in Hambleden, near Henley on Thames, has a large collection of all the best designer fabric samples. We are happy to supply these fabrics separately from our curtain and upholstery service, and offer you help and advice in your choice.
Bespoke hand crafted furniture
Zoffany furniture is hand crafted using seasonal hardwoods and all joints are dowelled, glued and screwed. Internal bracing is added to each corner for further strength and stability. Coil springs are used for the seat base for maximum comfort. In addition, some models incorporate coil sprung arms, enhancing the quality and feel of the piece as well as its look. All covering fabrics are individually hand cut and pattern matched or paired, then sewn and carefully upholstered. Each stage is carried out by expert craftspeople with an uncompromising attitude to quality. Please call us for a brochure or more information.
Re-upholstery and loose covers
Act One's expert team of upholsterers and tailors can refurbish or recover your favourite furniture giving it a whole new lease of life. We also make all kinds of cushions and window seats.
Poles and accessories
